Hello, I'm trying to boot my laptop from a USB stick, but can't get it to boot to anything but the hard drive. I'm using an EliteBook, but am not sure what model, as it only says EliteBook on the device. I'm also using Windows 10, as updated as I can get it. Apologies in advance for the poor pictures, but the relevant things should be visible enough.

This is the screen I get when I spam press esc at boot. Selecting advanced options takes me to the next screen...

Selecting the "Use a device" option here brings up the next screen...

Upon selecting ANY of these options (or any of the options on the other two pages,) the computer resets and just boots to the hard drive/OS as normal anyway. I also tried spamming F9 during boot in the hope it would take me straight to the BIOS and skip that Windows stuff, but it did nothing.

Thanks in advance for the help. If there's any more information you need, I'll try and provide it. I can't get into the computer because I don't remember my pin and my windows password is a generated one. I can't reset the windows password because the only way I have access to that email again is to get into this computer where it's logged in, and I don't have the phone number I created the Windows account with to use that method either . So unfortunately I have no idea what model of EliteBook I have. I think it might be an 820 or 830, but I'm not sure.

I'm still not able to boot from USB, which has nothing to do with passwords. I'm probably going to have to reinstall windows regardless, which I can't do without being able to boot from a USB stick.
