HP Recommended

My laptop won’t boot up-the Caps lock button is flashing five times-three long, two short. Tried a hard reboot, tried Windows key and “B”, Windows key and “V”, Shift + F10, Fn + F10, and it its still not booting up.  I don’t have access to the battery either. Light is on at the charging port, so I’m getting power. Thanks in advance for your help.

that code indicates a memory problem 

Please Open the system up and re-seat the memory modules as described in above document.
