Product: HP Pavilion 15-cs1065cl
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Try to power on but only get a slow blink from the power button. I removed the battery and get the same result, i.e. just powered from cord. I removed the hard drive same result. I swapped the RAM, same result. No noise from the fan. At a loss at this point. Maybe the main board is toast?
