Product: Can't find because its broken.
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hay, I have never had a problem with HP. But a few weeks ago the HP laptop I just got at the start of 2020 failed It won't/kindiv start. Here are some symptoms:

charge light blinking

will start up a nough to show HP logo then black again

 Can't take battery out

 fans will come on every now an than then back off

 

That's it.....

Please someone help me!!!!

Hi,

When you insert the ac adapter, does the charging led come on? what color? blinking?

blinking charging led usually indicates it is not getting power

You could also try a power reset
