HP Envy
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I need to get my laptop fixed. I drained the battery and then at 12% it turned off. So I plugged it in and the next morning it won't boot. No Lights no sound dead. But the bottom is getting overheated. Something is wrong and now I'm Work from Home and need to send this in to get fixed

IF your PC is still under the original one-year HP warranty,  sorry, but this is just self-help Community staffed mostly by volunteers and we are not authorized to deal with warranty, service or equipment replacement issues. For these issues, you will need to contact HP Customer Support.

If it's NOT still under the warranty, you would need to contact an HP Repair or Service Center.

If you live in the U.S., here is a link to the HP Service Repair Centers:

If you live outside the U.S., here is a link to HP Service Centers, by Country/Region: https://support.hp.com/in-en/service-center

Good Luck
