Hello:

Help needed in password recovery.  I'm seeing codes are helping some, I'm getting confused on BIOs password versus admin password versus sign on password...  my screen is saying removable media or USB drive is needed... I did click over to other account on laptop, and that is asking for a PIN.  Other user on account doesn't even recall setting one up.   Also I no longer have access to **bleep** (well at this time) that is down as recovery option, or original Microsoft account.  Is there anyway to log in and sign on computer with out doing a factory reset??

Can anyone tell me the steps?? I would super appreciate.

If it is by putting in a code, where do I enter this code??

Also, tried to start at hp site under support and product ID isn't being recognized: <removed personal information>.? Hello:
