Wrong Warranty

HP Recommended
Pavilion-15
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hp is saying my warranty is expired when I sent them proof of sale and my laptop will not boot up. My warranty does expire 3/3/01. I sent in a ticket on the 27th but I have not heard from anyone and there is no phone number to call. My HP dashboard says it is still expired and I am so frustrated as to who to talk to. Does anyone know what I should do next. I use my laptop for work and It looks like I have to buy a new one. I will never buy from HP again.

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.

Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.
