Wrong repair issue when sent it to have fixed

Hi community. I sent my laptop in for repair using my warranty. I looked at the repair status and it has the wrong "primary issue" listed. It's not what I wrote at all. Apparently it was finished today but the section that reads "This is how your product was repaired:" says no information is available, so I'm not exactly sure what they did. Should I assume this was a typo? What happens if I receive my laptop back and it is not properly fixed?

Here is how you can get in touch with support.


1)Click on this link –

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
