I have a new ZBook G3 17" with ThunderBolt 3 dock station.

I have install my laptop with boot up finger&password protection.

I have connect display, keyboard and mouse to this dock.

Every time  I bootup, I have to open laptop to insert access data.

This look like a stupid solution compare the old HP docking station that I have on my HP 8760W where docking

station are working from first second and I can insert my access data (password) without opening lid.

There are any solution to this problem ?

I have also another problem. On the old PC was possible create a protected area of HD using a little part of it with
HP ProtectTools. This SW is not possible to install on ZBook G3.

I don't found any solution to create it. Only using Windows 10 (that I don't want to use) functionality.

More we go on and worst SW/HW are delivery to user.
