Product: HP Zbook 15 g3

I have a Zbook 15 G3 a couple weeks ago it stopped booting up. The charging light is on and solid. The power button just blinks. Did a hard reset several times. Ordered a new HP 150 watt ac adapter same issue, Using 4x8gb ram, tried just using 1 different stick and leave the other 3 slots empty. Tried it with and without the battery plugged in. I was told the board was bad ordered a brand new board and the same issue. Serial # [Personal Information Removed]. Also tried with and without graphics card, and tried external monitor...any help would be much apreciated
