Product: Victus by HP 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop 15-fb0000 (598U6AV)

I purchased an HP Victus FB0040AX laptop one year ago, along with accidental damage protection (ADP) insurance. I am currently facing an issue with the adapter, and I would like to know if this issue is covered under the ADP insurance.
