I have an HP Elite laptop, product number X3U21AV, serial number xxxxxxxxxx.  Please tell me the procedure to access the boot menu and BIOS.  Many thanks.

Turn on the PC.

 

Immediately tap the ESC key to get the menu of options.

 

Select the F10 setup option to get access to the BIOS or the F9 boot options menu to access the boot options.
