  • Could you please share the picture of the keyboard? 
  • Are you referring to Beats Audio software options or physical Beats Audio button?

Please disregard I have bigger problems. My laptop was updated and I was using it when my laptop after the update completed I lost all power and the screen went black. I took it to get it repaired when after 4-days I was told they could not figure out what was wrong with it...
