Product: EliteBook 850 G3

1. how to reset bios password in EliteBook 850 G3 

2. how to increase computer speed on battery - now CPU speed is even below 0.5MHz, and computer is extremely slow!

Unless you already know the BIOS password, there is no way for you to reset it.  In addition, HP does not do BIOS password resets; instead, they charge for a complete replacement of the system board that has a new BIOS that is not password protected.
