Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Got this old laptop from a friend - bios password is not remembered and I need to review settings and or update bios.

Now get error message - 61403023 and it locks up.  Is there an unlock code for this??

Restart the PC, and enter this unlock passcode...
