Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Since HP has deleted the bios updates for their older laptops. Does anyone know where to look now?

Hi:

 

HP never supported that model series for W10, so the only BIOS updates that were available were written for Windows 8.

 

This reputable 3rd party driver website has the last BIOS update (F.26) HP released for your notebook, but I have no idea what will happen if you run it on W10.

 

HP Pavilion g7-2270us BIOS (driverscollection.com)

 

It may work fine, or it may render your notebook permanently inoperable.

 

Update the BIOS at your own risk on W10:

Thanks Paul, I was able to find the F.26 on HP's website. I took the chance and ran it. Everything went fine and laptop runs great. Thanks again.
