Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

hello community, i was watching youtube untill i got a message form window uptade tells me that i need to restart my pc,and even if it doesnt say bios uptade in it, after that i restarted it but, my suprise that it didnt restart, it uptaded my bios and it took over 19m to do it, right now i dont know if it a bios uptade or a virus.

hope someone help me figure it out
