Product: HP Pavilion Laptop PC 15-eg0027od

I had recently come across an error while using my laptop which later on resulted it in being restarted while doing so it had been showing a message quoting “ please wait while system updates” and then turning into a black screen and looping all over again I tried few was to resolve the issue which eventually lead to to end up in the recovery page which requested for my recovery key which I was able to enter after doing so it keeps on looping back to the recovery page and I am unable to turn on my pc and access startup seatings .
