I AM REALLY FED UP WITH HP LAPTOP. I HAVE VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH HP LAPTOP. FOR THE PAST 1 MONTH I AM FACING SEVERAL ISSUE WHERE SYSTEM SHUTS DOWN AUTOMATICALLY. I CONNECTED TO HP SUPPORT CHAT NUMEROUS TIMES. EVERYTIME THEY ASK ME TO RUN SEVERAL STEPS BUT WITHOUT ANY SUCCESS. AVERAGE TIME I HAD TO SPEND IS 1 HOUR. TODAY WHILE WRITING I ALREADY SPENT 2 HOURS CHATTING BUT WITHOUT SUCCESS.

 

OUT OF FRUSTRATION I ASKED TO ARRANGE ONSITE VISIT BUT EVERYTIME THE EXECUTIVE TRANSFER THE CHAT TO SOMEONE ELSE AND EVEN AFTER REPEATED PLEA TO SEND AN ONSITE TECHNICIAN, THEY DIDN'T LISTEN AND KEEP ME WAITING AND TRANSFERRING THE CHAT.

 

A SIMPLE REQUEST HP IS UNABLE TO UNDERSTAND. 

 

CAN SOMEONE HELP ME WHAT TO DO NEXT.
