Product: elitebook 850 g4
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

At the end of instalation of new software products of notebook the HP program Power-On Authentication ask me fo fingerprints and passowrd. Fore password told me that accepted entered, for finger prints told me that its are registred. The nex restart ask me pass or fingerprint. Its were not recognised, and my PC was blocked. Each next restart go to the same passowrd asking screen. My attempts to go to WIndows menu (Esc) recovery regime (F11), startUp (F1) as well as recovery by USB Flash were not successful.
