just bought, for two days - and 2 time- it's blocket frozen an last window. I been obliged to take aout battery, because was impossible to do any action

I would contact the seller and ask for replacement in your case.
Nevertheless please tap away F2 key as you power on laptop, then do extensive system testing from UEFI/BIOS System Diagnostics.
It'll take few hours testing all hardwares. Let it finish.
