What I did to fix the problem was start up in "Safe Mode with Networking" and went into Device Manager, right-clicked on the Display Driver and selected "Update Driver". I had a 2014 driver installed which was updated to a 2015 driver. Problem solved !

I quote that perhaps has to do with this other problem I have.

While I have a problem with the display. I get a black edge to the right.
I have a laptop HP Pavilion dv6-6193ss
I will return to factory recovery you have.

The minimized version actulizaciones've installed all the drivers and they came out to Windows Update to finish what came out of Windows 10, I stopped there. It is a Windows 7 Home Premium.

I open Internet Explorer and see this black border that does not go away.

What is ?
For months I saw with Internet Explorer and not because I have not as bucket, always.
P.S. Restoring normal nomas reach escriptorio open the Internet Explorer and I get well ... maybe it's something that after installing. Some update?

EDIT 1
I've been installing updates and when it has restarted to install about 100 pico updates ... now I get this black stripe.

EDIT 2
http://imgur.com/a/gDyMu
Add captures the black stripe is as if they became displaced buttons to click because of the strip .. As the screen will scroll...

I've noticed that it seems the culprit is the Internet Explorer home comes with version 8, when upgrading puts the 11 and I get the sack and put the 10 and makes me the same and if under through 8 disappears black stripe.

Restoring factory beginning with the v. 9 and 11 is actuliza and I have no problems.
But if I restore the minimized version begins with the 8 and the upgrade to 11, I get the strip.

How can it be possible? With a type of rollback of me trouble?
Not because I want to use this install programs like games, demo's Office, Norton etc etc.

The cause seems it is the Internet Explorer 11 and 10.
I put normal factory restoration (with HP programs) and has left me! I had not happened before.
With Internet Explorer 9 does not occur to me, it seems.
I uploaded v8-v9-v10 and v11 and entirely correct.
From v8 v11 directly to me black band appears.
I'll have to leave to use. 😞
