Hp Stream 11

I got hp stream from a friend I got because she forgot her password and ive tried recovery reset and when I try todo reset it tells me there is not enough space on drive and I ve tried to rest with bootable  media but BOS will not let me change it to boot from flash drive  when I try to/ press F 9 to get into that menu it tells me administration password and I tried to look up a few recovery code but will not work with any of the ones I have tried just trying to get into the computer for work please help

For BIOS and Power-On password resets, read this HP thread: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c06368824.

For Admin and Windows password resets, you have to contact your regional HP Customer Support location directly for assistance.
