Product: HP ProBook 450 G5 Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I had a major failure in powering on my Probook 450 g5 and fixed it in a maintenance canter who said it needed BIOS updated and it works fine except it is now very slow in BIOS booting, the caps lock still blinking 5 times then continue to boot normally

I ran UEFI diagnostics tool with no errors at all

Upon Exiting windows using shutdown command it shuts down but does not power off most of the times while restart command works fine 

Any Ideas?
