I understand that you purchased your Chromebook 14 at Cosco and it is in demo/retail mode and you have not been able to get it out of that mode. As you are running a Chrome OS on the notebook, you will need to post your query in Chromes Support. HP does not support the Chrome operating systems, but does support the hardware.
