Re: chromebook 14

Hi @Lbrann1 ,

Welcome to the HP Forum!

Thank you for becoming a HP Forum member.  It is a dynamite location to get help from the community, get suggestions and find what has worked for others. For you have the best experience, here is a link to First Time Here? Learn How to Post and More for you to review, should you have any concerns.

I understand that you purchased your Chromebook 14 at Cosco and it is in demo/retail mode and you have not been able to get it out of that mode. As you are running a Chrome OS on the notebook, you will need to post your query in Chromes  Support.   HP does not support the Chrome operating systems, but does support the hardware. Here is a link to Chromebook Help Center

Good Luck!
