Product: envy 8 note bios
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

something has happened and my envy note 8 a screen popped up and it has reflashed its bios to F.00 im sure it had got to F.05, I cannot find this version of bios or any for that matter relating to this machine in the support section, is it available via any other means?
