inicie mi lap como de costumbre cuando me soltó un pantallaso azul dijo la lap que necesitaba reiniciarse así que lo hice, pero a los minutos seguia con lo mismo salía otra ves, prenda y salía el mismo error, estubo así como unas 10 veces hasta que ''el sotware de HP puso díagnósticando errores, el pantallaso azul ponia '' El dispositivo tuvo un problema y necesita reiniciar vamos a recopilar información Sobre el error y después se reiniciará automáticamente.''
