Windows installed on ssd
My laptop suddenly gets a blue screen then restarts and never open again
After system diagnostic i found short DST failure in my HDD

How can i open my laptop and how to get the data on the hdd?

Below is the link to the service manual where you can find the hard drive/M.2 SSD removal and replacement procedure:
It is highly unlikely that you will be able to recover any data from the failed hard drive but after you remove the drive, you can buy a SATA to USB cable. Something like this:
Plug one end into the drive and the other end into your notebook's USB port (since your notebook should work again after you remove the drive) and see if you can read/copy any data from the failed drive to the 256 GB SSD or a portable hard drive.
Or you can use another PC with the USB to SATA cable to read the drive if you prefer.
If the M.2 SSD has failed, you probably won't be able to recover any data from it.
