Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, I have a HP430G6 who, may be after uptade 21h1, who had an heat warning. Then it didn't want to start and I had to press and hold the power button to hear the fan spin and then stop when I saw the BIOS and a normal start of the computer. But now, the fan is always spinning when windows is closed.

I made upgrade for windows, BIOS, drivers, and roll back, did checked with the F2 at the beginning, enabled/disabled BIOS options - fast start - hibernation, sfc scannow, ...

I remove battery, spin with no success. With a CMOS, I had the same problem to hold the power button to launch the fan and then windows and the same problem that the fan always spinning until there's no more energy to feed it.

I put the hard disk in another 430G6 and now the other one, has the same problem...

Do you have an idea to have a normal behavior for the fan? Thank you for reading and perhaps for your help.

Hello @Lenormand

In your case: Service is required !
- The computer should be disassembled and checked.
- Thermal paste for CPU GPU and bridges should be renewed
- The function of the fan(s) must be checked
- General cleaning ...

If you can't do that, you should have it serviced by a professional notebook (chip level) repair store.
