s/n code is CNU93239T8 i recently changed my operating system. i have the bios password.

Reboot the notebook and enter the code in the power on password field.

the code has only worked on my bios password, and not the normal possword. please help me

Hi,

 

The code I posted will only bypass the power on password, not your Windows log-on password as there is a general policy on the Forum not to provide methods to bypass this, however a local computer shop would be able to do this for you.

 

If you've only recently loaded a new OS, it may be easier just to reinstall it again.
