hallo,

ik heb hier een HP 15-db0118nb,
er staat een bios wachtwoord op en het is tot nu toe nooit geen probleem geweest,
helaas onlangs een tijd in het ziekenhuis moeten verblijven wegens medische redenen en nu is mijn geheugen aangetast,
met het gevolg dat ik het bios wachtwoord met de beste wil van de wereld me niet meer kan herinneren,
ik heb het toestel naar een computer technieker gebracht en die zei me dat HP niet meer helpt hiermee en dat het toestel naar HP moet worden gestuurd en het moederbord wordt vervangen met de bijkomende kosten daarvan,
is er geen andere manier / oplossing? na 3 x verkeerd wachtwoord krijg ik : i 99518430
