HP Recommended

Hello. So i bought a new hp 255 g9 laptop with no windows (i have build a pc before and i knew that i could install it from a usb) but when i try to boot it up the usb doesnt show up. i tried rufus i tried the windows media drive creator nothing works. i hope somebody could help me. thanks in advance
