hp Spectre X360 not turn on

hp Spectre X360 - 13-4003DX
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Good afternoon!
I have an hp Specter X360 model 13-4003 DX purchased in July 2015 at Best Buy in Miami. He not turn on have 1 month. I already consulted the hp specialist technician in Brazil and after many tests the problem was not discovered. I'm resorting to this forum to try to find out what have happened and how to solve it.
Awaiting return.

I understand that you are facing an issue with your computer not powering On. 

Don't worry, I will be glad to help. 

May I know the troubleshooting steps attempted?

Do you get any lights on the computer?

Have you tried different power adapters?

Please provide more information for better assistance.

Good afternoon!
We have already tested all the physical components of the notebook.
We are trying to get the BIOS to re-record and see if the problem is this. Can you send me the BIOS by email? Here in Brazil, HP does not own it because the notebook is not marketed.

Thanks for the reply and trying the troubleshooting steps. Please click here to download the BIOS. Please click here for assistance in updating the BIOS on your computer.

I need the BIOS file, not the executables. You have sent the executables.
The machine not turn on. I have to record the BIOS again, to see if solves the problem.
You can send me the BIOS file?

I would like to inform you that I do not have an option to send the bios file. You need to download it from the link provided in the previous post.

My computer does not turn on so I can not update Bios. I do not need the executables to upgrade Bios at this time. I need the Bios file to re-record. Please send me the link where I can get the Bios file for my machine.

As I have mentioned earlier, we will not be able to send you the files. Download the bios executable file and can create a USB bios recovery kit and using that you can recover the bios.

 

Follow the steps in the below article to create a USB bios recovery kit.
