hp g6-1322se

hi, my hp g6-1322se doesn't show any display when I power it on. only the caps lock key blinks and power light lights up. I have changed the but RAM but it doesn't solve the issue. I think the bios file is corrupt. but I cant not find the bios file on hp support. where I can find that file so that I can make flashable bios drive as HP has given the instructions on youtube tutorial.

Hi

Depending on the age of the PC and the BIOS vendor...
The 4th, 5th and 6th characters of the Serial Number give the age when it went thru the factory...
EGG345FLAN That is 2013 45 th week.

kindly can you guide me what should I do next after installing the file?

Hi

At any point have you run an F2 diagnostic?

PLEASE POST ANY RESULTS.
First:- Turn off the computer, press and hold the PWR button for 4 seconds.

Then - Leave only keyboard and mouse connected, disconnect all externally connected
devices such as Docking Station, USB storage devices, displays, and printers.
Unplug the AC adapter from the computer.

Next - Press and Hold the Power button for 15 seconds to Hard Reset.
Rinse and Repeat; Re-Connect the AC adapter.

NOW begin checking/testing/proving the Hardware is fit for purpose.
Power on your PC, press ESC (repeatedly), then F2 at the prompt.
Choose System Tests (Fast Test does a 4 minute hardware check).

Attempted any kind of evaluation, except you think it is the BIOS?

You have not stated what CAPS lock blinks match the table I linked to.

So it is too dangerous to give any more instructions that could potentially brick your PC.

OR offer any more help based on the info so far supplied.

BYE.
