hp lap top book network adapter has exclamation mark how do I fix it

I have hp laptop my kid it buttons now won't boot up I go into boot sequence and it said boot adapter disabled how do I fix that

Hi harly1961,

Please try these steps 

Right-click on the start button> click device manager> Network adapters>then select the wireless drivers and right-click on it and uninstall the Wifi drivers. Then restart the computer and check if you can go online.
