hp laptop 15-da3003n can not booting win 10 through USB

Dears,

I'm traying to instal win 10 through USB and in BIOS boot options the USB Boot is [Enabled] but when the laptop startup i can not find the USB drive to start booting and even if i click f9 i can not find it too.

i need a help please 

my laptop is : hp laptop 15-da3003n

As you apparently already know, F9 is how you bring up the Boot Devices menu.  If the device is not shown there, the BIOS does not see it and you can't boot from it.

 

Some newer PCs have an additional BIOS/UEFI setting" Disable booting from portable devices.  If this is turned on, your PC will not read USB sticks for booting and they will not show up in the menu.  You have to search to see if you have this option and, if so, turn it off.
