Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello. I can't boot from usb to install windows 10 os on this laptop. The laptop doesn't recognize my usb flash drives. In bios I don't have any options to disable secure boot or to enable legacy boot. If I press f9 to select boot options, my usb isn't on that list. Sorry for my english, I'm from Romania. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you.
