As I understand, you're looking for advance BIOS,
I'd like to thank you for the detailed description of your concern, as you have ensured I don't have to ask any more questions, that said,
This option is locked by HP and you cannot make changes to the advanced BIOS settings. HP consumer notebooks do not have this ability.

so how is that :
As a quick note, the integrated graphics chip is disabled due to the G-Sync display. This can be re-enabled via the BIOS, but this setting disables the GTX 1080.

Thank you for posting back.
The re-enabling options are not available as the option is locked by HP and you cannot make changes.
I can suggest, updating the latest version of bios may grant permission to access advanced settings in bios environment.
Updating the BIOS (Basic Input Output System) Click here
NOTE: HP does not recommend upgrading or downgrading hardware parts or software that is bundled with the product as It may affect the manufacturer's warranty and performance, however, you could change the configuration at your own discretion.

Thanks for the reply.
I have the latest BIOS version f20.
1.So the igpu is disabled , when someone knows how to enable it , please let me know.
2. When it comes to overclocking , fortunately , I used Intel extreme utility , and it's run like hell!!!
