Product: Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-e0000 (2V8Z8AV)

Hi. My Hp Victus 16 is not charging. The light isn't turning on. I was using it before for some work while i plugged in the AC into a cable extender and i noticed it wasn't taking charge but it still had the charge symbol on the computer the battery level was only decreasing. So then i charged it for about an hour and it took no charge. could someone please help me with this. i have the warranty activated but i do not know how to get them to send me a cable.
