Product: HP Pavilion 13-a012dx x360 Convertible PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

when I pressed power button on my laptop, fan started, hdd light is blinking, and caps lock light is also blinking, but not getting anything on screen. I had to try so many times, it starts once in 100 times. it feels really very bad. i think it's a very serious problem. same happens while I plugged in the adapter also.
