Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I wanted to disable my Admin password, so i went to the Bios of my laptop to the option that says "Admin password". The option was on "set", so I typed in my Admin password and left the two boxes for the new password blank so no password would be set. After that it said "clear" instead of "set" so I thought no password would be set and saved my changes.

After i rebooted my PC I still had to put in an admin password.  My old password wont work and if I leave it blank it wont work either.

After three times it says "System Disabled [i 84921665]"

I hope someone can help me with this problem so I can access my PC again.

@Mikario

We don't provide Disable Code bypasses anymore.

I'm really sorry that we can not help you with this, but Community policy prohibits us from assisting you in any way.

For BIOS password resets, read this HP thread: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c06368824.

If you are not prepared to spend the money to get HP to replace the motherboard for BIOS password resets, you could take the PC to a local repair facility to see if they can do it for you -- but we are unable to assist in that.

For Admin password resets, you have to contact your regional HP Customer Support location directly for assistance.

@WAWood

Since I set my password to "clear" is there any way to access the PC with this Information?
