i have a laptop that is locked on bootup and need to figure out how to get around it ..

when you fail the login the system wrongly , the system disabled message and the says i [i 72432468 ]

i really need a answer to get this customers computer done fast.

Sorry, per changes in forum rules we are no longer allowed to help with BIOS passwords. You will need to contact HP directly, but I suspect you will be told a new motherboard is required.
