HP Recommended

I just got it and don't know anything about it other than its an old HP bang & Olufsen and I don't have a keyboard for it, it beeps on startup and I don't know anything about windows because I'm new to the os 

I'm really confused and don't know what to do about it 

it has all of the stuff inside it I guess because when I got it, it didn't have a pc with it.

it has speakers beside the screen and an intel core i5.
