Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I was told this is the the real way to protect your laptop but you have to not forget your password but after not using it for a while i forgot.  Then i  saw some other posts were people wrote the number that comes up after too many times and someone comes back with another number i dont know how.

 

my number is:

64026172 

 

laptop name:HP 15-r178nm

 

product:K8N04EA#8ED

 

serial: [Personal Information Removed]
Please help me
