in need of screen shots
06-21-2021 09:57 AM

i have the "No bootable image found, notebook will be shutdown" error, and my laptop is in safe mode, but because the screen is damged i have used an external monitor for some time, and since safe mode doesn't allow external monitor im stuck looking at a white screen, what i need is screenshots so that i can disactivate safe mode using bios menu but without actually seeing what im doing.

You're welcome
From the motherboard. Naturally, I can not guarantee that it will work on this model. But try.
When do you see the error on the screen? (before or after Windows boot)
What is the exact model number of the probook?
It could be a hard drive problem.
Let me know,
David
