Product: HP Dragonfly 13.5 inch G4 Notebook PC (6Q257AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

 

This is a new Dragonfly G4 and from the first time it was powered up the keyboard has been locked.  I know how to unlock it by pressing the right shift key for 8 seconds, but I am unable to resolve the issue that is causing keyboard to lock.  I have done all Microsoft and HP updates for this device; it is fully up to date.
