@IvannitroPR, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

Hard Reset:

Turn off the laptop.

Unplug the power cord and remove any devices (USB, SD cards).

Hold the power button for 15-30 seconds.

Plug the laptop back in and turn it on.

Reset BIOS to Default:

Turn on the laptop and press Esc or F10 right away to enter BIOS.

Look for an option like "Restore Defaults" and select it.

Save and exit the BIOS.

Check for BIOS Update:

Go to HP Support and search for your laptop model.

Download and install any available BIOS update.

Disable Secure Boot (in BIOS):

In BIOS, go to Boot Options.

Turn off Secure Boot and save the settings.

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
