hi there, can anyone please help with this?..what can I do to rectify?
takes long time to start up, 1 hour, and sometimes freezes and becomes non-responsive

Thanks for sharing the failure ID. I have decoded the failure ID and It sounds like an issue with the hard drive, the hard drive has gone faulty on the laptop. Please replace the faulty drive.

If you are able to boot, Please backup the data on the hard drive before it completely fails.
