i have an elitebook 835 g7 that has been working fine. recently, i was using it and then suddenly the screen shut off on me, i waited a couple of minutes with no response, so i forced shut down and booted up again it worked fine, it was up for maybe 10 minutes and then the same thing happened. i waited and waited with no response and then forced shut down and powered up again. this time it didn't boot, i tried reaching for the bios but it didnt show up, i tried uefi diagnostics with no response, and i can't access the boot menu. i tried plugging off cmos, holding power button for 15 seconds, fiddling with ram, but nothing happened.
i even tried plugging an external monitor and everything that hp virtual assistant has mentioned.
i've been like this for 6 months now and i don't know what to do
thanks for helping.
(when i press the power button the button lights up, and then the fan starts to spin and that's about it)
