HP ENVY x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-ey0000 (54J83AV)

I HAVE A NEW laptop which has worked fine but today when I tried to login it asked for a pin.  I do not have a pin but have used a password.  So I guessed at some pin options and now it has basically shut me out telling me I have tried too many times.  I says a pin is required but I dont know a pin to input.  The lovely blue screen comes on but that is as far as I get.  How can I get beyond this to log on.  Thanks
